Through long-term proven case management and support services SPIN’s clients successfully complete their program and do not return to homelessness.
SPIN’s housing program ensures that children continue to be stably housed and that parents learn the skills necessary to maintain permanent housing and to create a future for their children. Dick is very passionate about SPIN’s mission. He has been involved for over twenty years and served as SPIN’s Board Chairman for seven years. Second Harvest Food Bank’s mission is to end hunger in Orange County. The Food Bank feeds more than 200,000 people each month, but with 400,000 people in the county at risk of hunger, the need is great. Thirty Years ago, Dick Crawford was one of the founding board members and served as the Food Bank’s second board chairman for 5 years. As a current Advisory Board member, he continues to dedicate himself to bringing awareness of the hungry, providing opportunities for volunteers, and putting his faith into action toward ending hunger in Orange County.
